Space PIN
The space PIN protects access to your organization. When enabled, every member must enter the code to access the space.
What It's For
- Prevent unauthorized access to the shared space (useful on a family tablet)
- Add an extra security layer beyond the account password
- Protect organization data on a shared device
Only administrators and owners of the organization can enable, change, or disable the space PIN.
When Is It Requested
The PIN is requested:
- Every time you open the app after a period of inactivity
- After switching spaces (if the new space has a PIN)
- After clearing the browser cache
The PIN session has a limited duration. Once expired, the code will be requested again.
- Go to your space Settings
- Security section
- Enable the PIN and choose a 4 or 6-digit code
- Share the code with authorized members of your organization
