Streak Freezes
A streak freeze is an automatic protection that maintains your streak when you forget to practice for a week.
How It Works
Freezes are fully automatic: you don't need to click any button.
When a week ends without you completing any sentence:
- The system checks if you have remaining freezes for the year
- If yes: a freeze is consumed automatically and your streak continues
- If no: your streak resets to 0
Number of Freezes
- By default, each user gets 2 freezes per year
- This number can be configured by the administrator of your space (organization)
- Freezes reset on January 1st of each year
Visualization
- On the dashboard, frozen weeks appear as a blue circle with a snowflake
- The remaining freeze counter is displayed below your streak counter: "2/2 freezes" or "1/2 freezes"
