User PIN

The user PIN is a personal code that protects access to the Repetir administration area. It is separate from the space PIN and the parental PIN.

What It's For

This PIN is required to access the administration pages (/admin):

• User management
• Issue / request management
• Global application settings
• Trust scores

It's an additional protection: even if someone has access to your session, they can't reach the admin area without your PIN code.

Who Needs to Set It Up

Any user with an admin or productOwner role must configure a PIN to access the administration pages. Without a PIN, you're redirected to the setup page.

How to Set It Up

1. Go to Account (your profile, not space settings)
2. PIN Code section
3. Choose a 4 or 6-digit code
4. Confirm the code

When Is It Requested

• Every time you access an /admin/* page after the PIN session expires
• After a period of inactivity in the admin area
• After clearing the browser cache
